Social Support Channels

TalkingHealthAndWellness encourages you to explore social media channels to expand your wellness support community online. Wellness is more than just our physical state. It encompasses social, intellectual, environmental, financial, spiritual, and emotional aspects as well. Here we offer some suggestions to help you find, for example, a Facebook Group that suits your interests.

A Facebook Group is a place for group communication and for people to share their common interests and express their opinion. They let people come together around a common cause, issue, or activity to organize, express objectives, discuss issues, post photos, and share related content.

TalkingHealthAndWellness is not affiliated with these private Facebook Groups. Access the TalkingHealthAndWellness Facebook page here.
